If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you!
Simply return it to us within 30 days from the day of placing the order, in its original, unused condition for a full refund of the product price.
We offer refund on purchases returned within 30 days from the day of placing the order. We can, however, consider an extension of return date in the case that your package arrival was delayed. You will need to provide proof of shipment arrival date, and the item you return must meet all the requirements below.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.. We can’t, for example, accept the return of an item, that is damaged.
To return an item, please enclose the Order Reference Number and your Name within the parcel being returned.
You will be responsible for the return postage. We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. We are not responsible for any items not received or lost.
As soon as we receive and accept the returned items, refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
