Our success depends on your satisfaction. Whilst we strive to provide all the information you need to make an informed purchase online, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected.

Satisfied or Refunded.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order for a refund of the product price, provided it meets the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged or altered after delivery.
If your delivery was delayed, we may consider extending the returns period. Proof of the delivery date may be required.

Please include your Order Reference Number and Name inside the parcel.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Vertella Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund using your original payment method.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the goods supplied were faulty or incorrect.
